Terms of Use – LottoMundi

1. Introduction
Welcome to LottoMundi (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), an online platform operated by Bureau da Sorte Serviços de Intermediação de Negócios e Currier Lotérica Ltda., registered under CNPJ No. 50.742.267/0001-22, with headquarters at Rua Manoel Pedro Junior, N. 323, Room 72, Mauá, São Paulo. The Site offers an intermediary service for the purchase of official international lottery tickets on behalf of its users. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively, the “Site Terms”). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Site.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1. By registering on the Site and/or using our services, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use. Acceptance is an indispensable condition for using the services offered by the Site.
2.2. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users in advance, and continued use of the Site after such modifications will imply your acceptance of the new Terms. 3. Eligibility and Legality of Use
3.1. The Site is intended exclusively for individuals over 18 (eighteen) years of age and legally capable. It is your responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the Site and services comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, particularly Federal Law No. 15.211 of September 17, 2025.
3.2. If it is found that a user is under 18 years old or legally incapacitated, their account may be immediately suspended or terminated, and any winnings may be withheld.
3.3. Use of the Site is strictly for private and recreational purposes. Using the services for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that violate these Terms is prohibited.
4. Account Creation and Management
4.1. To use the Site's services, you must create an account (“Account”) by providing accurate and complete information, including full name, date of birth, residential address, email, and phone number. You commit to keeping this information updated.
4.2. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and for all activities performed in your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or breach of security.
4.3. It is prohibited to have more than one active Account. The sale, transfer, or acquisition of Accounts between users is strictly prohibited.
4.4. We reserve the right to refuse the opening of or terminate an existing Account at our discretion, without the need for justification, while honoring existing contractual obligations.
5. Description of Services
5.1. LottoMundi acts as an intermediary, through a mandate contract (Art. 653 of the Brazilian Civil Code), for the purchase of official international lottery tickets in the name and on behalf of the users. We are not a lottery operator, nor do we organize gambling. Our service consists of facilitating user access to foreign lotteries by acquiring physical or digital tickets in their name.
5.2. After the purchase, a scanned copy of the ticket will be made available in your Account on the Site as proof of acquisition. The original ticket will be kept in a secure location by the partners LottoMundi Serviços de Intermediação de Negócios e Currier Lotérica Ltda, who operate abroad.
5.3. We offer, through partners operating abroad, the following services, among others:

Ticket Purchase Service: Acquisition of official international lottery tickets;

Ticket Custody Service: Secure storage of original tickets;

Result Notification Service: Information regarding the results of the draws;

Prize Collection Service: Assistance in collecting prizes, as detailed in Section 7.
6. Payments and Service Fees
6.1. The total amount to be paid by the user will include the cost of the lottery ticket and a service fee for the intermediation.
6.2. LottoMundi does not charge a commission on prizes won by users. The prize amount, after any applicable taxes and fees in the lottery's country of origin and potentially in Brazil, will be entirely the responsibility of the winner.
6.3. Deposits and withdrawals of funds must be carried out in accordance with the Site’s payment policies, using valid payment methods owned by the user.
7. Prize Procedures
7.1. Small Value Prizes: Small value prizes will be credited directly to the user's Account on the Site after confirmation of the result and receipt of the prize by LottoMundi Serviços de Intermediação de Negócios e Currier Lotérica Ltda. The user may request a withdrawal of these amounts according to the Site’s withdrawal policies.
7.2. Large Value Prizes (Jackpots): For high-value prizes, especially jackpots, the user may be required to collect the prize in person in the country where the lottery was held.
7.3. The user is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges applicable to the prizes, both in the country of origin of the lottery and in Brazil. We recommend that the user consults a tax specialist to understand their obligations.
8. Responsibilities and Disclaimers
8.1. LottoMundi acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

Failures or delays in official lottery draws.

Changes in the rules of international lotteries.

Technical or operational problems of the lottery operators.

Loss or misplacement of tickets after delivery to the user (in case of personal collection).
8.2. LottoMundi will use its best efforts to ensure transaction security and user data protection, but cannot guarantee that the Site will be free of errors or interruptions. In the event of a technical failure that prevents a bet from being finalized, the amount paid will be refunded to the user.
9. Responsible Gaming Policy
9.1. LottoMundi is committed to responsible gaming and offers tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, self-exclusion, and access to information about gaming addiction.
9.2. We encourage users to play consciously and seek professional help if they feel that gambling is becoming a problem.
10. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)
10.1. The collection, use, storage, and processing of users' personal data are carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018). Details on how we handle your data are available in our Privacy Policy.
10.2. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All intellectual property rights over the Site content (texts, images, logos, software, etc.) belong to LottoMundi Serviços de Intermediação de Negócios e Currier Lotérica Ltda. or licensed third parties. The reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any Site content is prohibited.
12. Third-Party Links
12.1. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
13. Term and Termination
13.1. These Terms of Use remain in effect as long as you use the Site. We may terminate or suspend your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reasonable cause.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1. These Terms of Use are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of Mauá/SP are elected to resolve any doubts or disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
15. Final Provisions
15.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LottoMundi Serviços de Intermediação de Negócios e Currier Lotérica Ltda. regarding the use of the Site.
